- Heat gain in residential homes is largely through the roof structure. Insulated ceilings retard heat flow into the living areas in summer, and contain generated heat in winter, providing a comfortable living environment.

60 Min Fire Ceiling
Ceiling system consisting of 2 layers of Gyproc Firestop 15mm fixed to a secondary framework of steel brandering. The secondary framework is fixed to the primary framework consisting of Ultra STEEL 51mm suspended using Galvanised Steel Angle 25mm x25mm.

Polystyrene Cornices
We Supply & Install Classic moulding, extruded polystyrene cornices with a smooth finish comes in a various white pattern. It’s a lightweight product which doesn’t shrink or expand and the material absorbs building movements which means it will not crack and it is paintable with PVA (water based paint).

Indirect Lighting
Indirect Lighting cornices comes in a standard white cut in 2M lengths. Extruded polystyrene, fine and closed – cell, white, homogenous foam. It is already primed, therefore it is paintable with any paint. Light magically transforms any room into a relaxing oasis.

Polyurethane Skirtings
A piece of profiled polyurethane which is slightly thicker and wider than your skirting board and architrave. It sits at the bottom of the architrave and either the right or left of the skirting board depending on the position of the door frame.

Wall Mouldings & Dado Rails/Chair Rails
Hard casted polyurethane covered with a special film which is primed for a smooth finish. Arstyl® comes in a standard white, cut in 2M lengths and is available in various different patterns. The product is non-toxic, will not shrink or expand and absorbs building movement – which means it will not crack. As it is already primed it is therefore paintable with any paint.
